Mohamed excels in leading strategic transactions, managing relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Notable Achievements:
- Closed a USD 17 Billion International Term Facility for a top asset manager.
- Managed USD 2 Billion Acquisition Finance Facility in the UAE.
- Executed several RCF facilities and term loans for high-profile clients across the UAE, KSA, and Oman.
Mohamed holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration with dual concentrations in Finance and Entrepreneurship & Tech Venture Management from Northeastern University, where he graduated cum laude.

Strategic Restructuring Advisory – Supported the operational turnaround and 10-year strategic vision of a distressed, publicly listed UAE real estate company during his time at Alvarez & Marsal. - Equity Capital Markets (ECM) – Supported IPOs and rights issues on ADX, DFM and Tadawul, advising issuers on valuation, positioning, investor engagement, and execution strategy across key GCC markets.
- PE Buy-Side Advisory – Advised a UK PE fund on a $500M target acquisition by delivering full IC valuation.
- Global Loan Solutions (GLS) – Closed over 50 syndicated loan transactions across the UAE, KSA, and Oman with a cumulative value exceeding USD 90 billion. Mohamed led execution on landmark financings in sectors including energy, infrastructure, and financial institutions—coordinating due diligence, credit approvals, documentation, and multi-party negotiations
